Reporting Service

Configure and operate the Eclipse reporting service. These pages cover how reports are defined and executed, how results are delivered to external systems, and how the normalisation daemon writes transformed data into aggregate tables.

Report Configuration — Define report queries, configure per-tenant overrides, set access permissions, and tune execution settings.

Delivery Mechanisms — Configure the channels used to deliver report output: email, SFTP, HTTP callbacks, Jira, SMS, and async streaming to S3.

Normalisation Daemon — Configure the scheduled daemon that reads data from SQL queries or HTTP endpoints and writes transformed rows into aggregate tables.
