Initiate a reward exchange

There are 4 scenarios. First is where a sellingCurrency provided. In this case the exchange from selling currency to selected wallet type currency. The second scenario is where buyingCurrency provided. In this case the exchange from buying currency to selected wallet type currency. The third scenario is where the selling & buying both the currency provided then at a time both exchanges not supported. The fourth scenario is where the buying currency as a GB is not supported.

The URL Eclipse must post the EclipseRewardResult to when the value exchange is finalised (either successful or error). Optional as one can always do a GET to get the result instead of using callbacks. This will be a system-system call
