Submit bulk transfers from this wallet

Processes multiple transfers atomically (all-or-nothing, max 500) or non-atomically in the background (max 500 000, results emailed to caller). This wallet is the source for all transfers; use wallets/bulk-transfers if sources vary. An optional uniqueId prevents duplicates. Non-atomic responses include a bulkTransferId for polling progress.
