Run a generic integration for an institution

Executes a loosely-typed integration identified by integrationIdentifier, returning JSON. Identifiers prefixed with JA- invoke JavaAssist code looked up from the generic.integration.* property. For eclipse-beneficiary-verification (AVS), walletIdentifierType and walletIdentifierValue are required.
